Goat with Lemon Sauce Anyone?

Andrea and I have finished the work portion of our Greek adventure, and decided to celebrate with a lunch feast.  After all, we deserved a celebration as we finished a personal best 17 burials for the month.  We decided the festivities would include a massive lunch at the Steno beach cantina.  The cantina serves local Greek food, and we have become quite fond of the place over the years.

The dishes that we sampled were the following. Goat in lemon sauce with fried potatoes, Greek salad, keftedes (meatballs) and saganaki (local fried cheese). We had some beer to wash it down.  It was delicious, but extremely filling.  It is currently 8:30 pm and neither one of us is hungry for dinner yet.

We will need to motivate ourselves soon, at 11pm we will go to the Castro Bar to see some live music billed as a music from the Mediterranean to Mississippi. We are intrigued and will venture out on the town tonight.

More from the Castro Bar later.  Hopefully no dancing on the tables.
