Almost there...
Here's Cath at LAX after I dropped her off yesterday.
Just made contact with Cathy in Athens, and she reports that she made it there without mishap. She will catch the last leg of the trip tomorrow afternoon. In the meantime, it's sleep and possibly some sightseeing around Athens.
On the homefront, there was an accident with the fireworks in Simi Valley, the next town over. I wasn't there, but I'm supposed to visit some friends tonight that live up that way so I imagine I'll hear some first hand accounts.
