I know that several people were interested in how we were going to pack clothes and supplies for three weeks into 21" rollaway bags and carry ons. Well, here is a picture of all the luggage we brought. This photo is of our patio area that looks out over Livadi Bay.

Contained in these bags are a 12" frying pan, several cutting boards, a cheese grater, chef and paring knives, assorted ziploc bags, Starbucks Via coffee, tea, spices, six osteology textbooks, iPads, cameras, various tools for our work, 2 head torches, lots of cables and adapters, a clothesline, a pillow, two cases of power bars and assorted clothing. Andrea's checked bag weighed 35lbs and mine weighed 36.
We are very proud of our accomplishment!

We are able to cook dinner, tonight we had spaghetti and meat sauce, even though we only have a one burner hot plate to work with. We had to prepare it in stages, but it was loaded with garlic and spices and was very tasty.

This is our view from the patio! We have dinner out here every night. Feel free to join us if you find yourself in

More soon,
CB
